Art.80 TFUE and Regulation 1215/12 (in particular the hierarchical order [pyramid] of the jurisdictional bases, Art.29.1on lis pendens, Art. 36.1 and 39.1 on recognition and enforcement, Art.45 on the grounds for refusal of recognition/enforcement – students will be allowed to bring and consult the printed version of Regulation 1215/12 during the exam.
