Olga Tsolka is Assistant Professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, Department of International, European and Area Studies, Panteion University. She obtained her PhD in Criminal Law from the Law School of Albert-Ludwigs-Universität, Freiburg i./Br (Germany). She obtained a scholarship from DAAD throughout her studies. She teaches -at undergraduate and postgraduate level- EU Criminal Law, International Criminal Law and Human Rights Law with emphasis on criminal proceedings.

She is Member of the Board of the European Training and Research Center of Human Rights and Humanitarian Action of Panteion University, of the Board of the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association and of the editorial Board of the criminal law journal “Poinika Chronika”.

She has participated in a number of research programs, with publication of studies. Her publications focus on most aspects of criminal procedure, financial crime, EU criminal law, human rights law and crime policy.
